Terms of service

Reservations

All reservations are confirmed by SMS or email within 15 minutes of booking. Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booked time; after that we reserve the right to release the table to the floor.

Cancellations: you may cancel a standard reservation (≤ 8 guests) at any time without charge. For parties of 9 or more we ask for at least four hours' notice; no-shows on large parties may incur a PKR 1,000 per-cover seating fee, charged to the booking phone.

Pricing

All menu prices are in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes including the federal Sales Tax on Services (SST) of 16% (Punjab) / 13% (Sindh) and the Sindh provincial sales tax where applicable. A discretionary 10% service charge is visible on every printed menu and pre-bill receipt; this charge goes directly to the floor and kitchen tip pool. Service charge may be removed on request.

Private events deposit

Private events require a 50% deposit at booking confirmation. Cancellations: more than 14 days out — full refund. 7–14 days — 50% refund. Less than 7 days — deposit retained. Force-majeure cancellations (declared health emergency, natural disaster) are refunded in full regardless of notice period.

Allergens

We disclose major allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, shellfish, eggs, soy) on the menu where they are present. We make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary restrictions; however, our kitchen handles all major allergens daily and we cannot guarantee zero-cross-contamination. Guests with severe allergies should speak to the captain or branch manager before ordering.

Conduct in our restaurants

We reserve the right to refuse service or to ask any guest to leave for behaviour that endangers, harasses, or visibly distresses our staff, our other guests, or themselves. This applies equally to all six branches and is not subject to negotiation.

Photography

Personal photography of your own table and food is welcome. Commercial photography or filming requires written advance permission from press@spiceroute.com.pk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from a visit to one of our restaurants shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city in which the restaurant is located.
