Maria Akram is Spice Route's youngest GM. She was hired as Tariq's executive assistant in 2021 after an MBA at IBA Sukkur, then moved into operations and personally led the Multan opening in April 2024. The desserts bar — sohan halwa, gajrela, kulfi falooda — was her addition. She insists every visitor try the Multani sajji at least once.
