Three to five years' experience in fine-casual or hotel F&B. Leads a team of four service staff, owns guest experience for ~40 covers. Bilal will train. PKR 85,000–105,000 monthly + tips.
Entry-level position. Three-month structured training under Chacha Imtiaz before being assigned to a station. We hire for attitude. PKR 45,000 monthly during training, rising to PKR 55,000 on permanence.
Reports to Faiza. Manages cross-branch reservation flow, large-party bookings, and the new review-response programme alongside Ali Raza. Must be comfortable in English and Urdu. PKR 90,000–110,000 monthly.
Maria's dessert programme is now serving 70+ desserts a night. Looking for a pastry cook with two years' experience in halwa-style or hotel pastry. Will train on our specific recipes. PKR 65,000–80,000 monthly + tips.
